The Society of Scottish Landscape Photographers is a collective based around the principles of quality, environmental awareness and the promotion of Scotlands landscape. The membership represents some of the best photographers of the Scottish landscape currently active and the Society was formed as a haven of sorts for professionals and top quality amateurs.
Our membership contains many awards winners both nationally and internationally as well as major company ambassadors and nationally published photographers.
We are embarking on our first exhibition on 7th April 2018 in The Lime Tree Gallery in Fort William, a fitting venue and location with Fort William being the Outdoor Capital of Scotland, therefore a spiritual home for us. On 13th November we announced a second date in the shape of The Main Gallery, Ocean Terminal, Edinburgh which will take place from 6th May to 31st May 2018, the hope being that more dates can be added so as many people can see the images as possible. We are also proud to announce that we are now partnered with both ZEISS and Formatt Hitech , both world renowned companies in photography... This is a major step for the Society and we are honoured to be associated with such prestige companies.
We are always open to new members and if you believe your quality matches the standards of the group then by all means use the contact page and we can discuss it.
